2012 Members’ Council Annual Meeting

On 13 March 2012, the Annual Meeting of VINATA Members’ Council was held at VINACONEX Tower Building, 34 Lang Ha, Hanoi. At this Meeting, all Members have appproved the Company’s Audited Financial Statement of 2011, Business Plan of 2012 and the personnel replacements of VINATA.

Mr. Nguyen Son Hai (Secretary of VINATA Communist Party Bureau/General Manager of Construction Department) was promoted to be the First Deputy General Director to replace Mr. le Doanh Yen from 18 March 2012.
