Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor the general construction progress of the assigned project;
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the project’s construction progress to the General Director and the Construction General Manager;
  • Ensure that the project is completed on schedule and within the initial budget;
  • Directly report, negotiate and prepare schedule adjustments (if any) regarding the construction progress of the projects with the Owner;
  • Review and approve reports, schedules and construction methods prepared by project engineers;
  • Regularly prepare maintenance plans for previous projects (if any) that the Construction Manager has handled;

Requirements:

  • Graduate bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction or Architecture.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager at foreign-invested companies.
  • Language skills: Japanese proficiency at N1 level or equivalent; fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of Japanese business culture and working procedures with Japanese clients.
  • Good communication skills with Japanese clients.
  • Skills: Strong work management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.
