Position: Architect

  • Work Location: 3rd Floor, Taisei Square Hanoi, 289 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi or at the site office (if required).
  • Working Period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027

Job Description:

  • Responsible for designing, planning and supervising construction works in accordance with approved designs, ensuring harmony between aesthetics, functionality and technical specifications.
  • Architectural design: create and develop architectural concepts for residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects; determine suitable materials, colour schemes and spatial layouts in accordance with project requirements; prepare complete design packages including technical drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings and models.
  • Construction supervision: oversee construction works on site to ensure conformity with approved drawings and design specifications; verify the quality of materials, finishes and architectural details; maintain construction logs, report project progress and recommend modifications as needed.
  • Project management support: collaborate with structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, contractors and relevant parties; attend project meetings, provide progress reports and address technical or design-related issues; assist in developing construction schedules and preparing cost estimates.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure all architectural and construction activities adhere to building standards, legal regulations and safety protocols; recommend sustainable, energy-saving and eco-friendly design solutions.

Job requirements:

  • Technical qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a university in a relevant field to the position (candidates who graduated from Japanese universities are preferred).
  • Experience: Experience in construction design or other related disciplines is required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using specialized software.
  • Preference for candidates who can use English effectively in their work.
