Evaluation skills training for VINATA staffs

On October 1, 2, and 6, 2025, VINATA, in collaboration with ICONIC Consulting, organized an “Evaluation Skills Training” course for employees at the Head Office and VINATA Ho Chi Minh Branch, combined with online participation.

This training is part of the Talent Development System (TDS) – VINATA’s ongoing program for employee training and capability enhancement, implemented in alignment with the Taisei Group’s human development philosophy.

The course aimed to strengthen employees’ understanding of performance evaluation processes, improve management and communication skills and foster a professional, fair and transparent working environment.

Through interactive sessions and case-based learning, participants gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience, helping them apply evaluation skills effectively in their daily work.

The “Evaluation Skills Training” represents VINATA’s commitment to investing in people as the cornerstone of the company’s sustainable growth and excellence.
