Position: Construction Technician

  • Work Location: 3rd Floor, Taisei Square Hanoi, 289 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi or at the site office (if required).
  • Working Period: from December 31, 2025 to December 30, 2027

Job Description:

  • Support engineers in the design, supervision and implementation of construction works, ensuring schedule, quality and safety compliance with technical standards.
  • Construction supervision: monitor construction progress at the site; inspect the quality of materials, components and construction work according to design specifications; construction logs, actual conditions report and propose technical solutions when necessary.
  • Support for designing and making technical documentation: participate in site measurements and surveys; support in preparing design drawings, construction diagrams and related technical documents; verify basic calculations regarding structures, materials and costs.
  • Project management support: update progress and provide regular reports to the chief engineer or project manager; coordinate with subcontractors and provide technical information when necessary; support in resolving technical issues arising during construction.
  • Safety and compliance assurance: supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations at the construction site; ensure that all construction activities adhere to building standards, laws and local regulations.

Job requirements:

  • Technical qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a university in a relevant field to the position (candidates who graduated from Japanese universities are preferred).
  • Experience: Experience in construction design, project supervision and management or other relevant areas.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using specialized software.
  • Preference for candidates who can use English effectively in their work.
