Position: QS Senior Electrical Engineer

General Information

  • Location: At Branch Office in Ho Chi Minh City and construction site (if needed).

Job Description:

  • Be in-charge for QS works related to MEP: Estimate cost and make tender documentation.
  • Responsible for IBO (adjustment of changes in design according to customer instructions) during construction, assessment of the finished value of MEP work for each month, and quantity assessment at the time of contractor settlement).
  • Other tasks will be discussed via interview.

Job requirements:

  • Qualification: Certificate of university related to Electrical.
  • Experience: Over 05 years – experience in Cost Estimate, design, supervision for M&E system for factory or building.
  • Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, others specialized software.
  • Design or Supervision Certificate of MEP Works.
  • Fluent English (speaking / writing well).
  • Skill to make design drawing, shop drawing, calculation and make design explanation.
  • Have responsibility in works, skills to control safety, quality & progress management.
  • Have been worked for Japanese Main Contractor/ have a supervision practice certificate, who will be high in the list of priorities.
