On April 18, 2016, the Members’ Council meeting of VINATA was held at the office of VINATA. Members of VIANATA’s Inspection Board, Managing Directors and Members’ Council as well as other key officers of VINATA, VINACOENX and TAISEI attended the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the meeting, the Members’ Council resolved the following matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– VINATA’s audited financial statement of the year 2015;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– VINATA’s business plan of the year 2016;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Approval of personnel changes in Inspection Board, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  + Mr. Katsuyuki Sakai would replace Mr. Satoru Suzuki to be the member of Inspection Board of VINATA as of 1st April 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
