Members’ Council Meeting of VINATA in 2014<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On March 24, 2014, the Members’ Council meeting of VINATA was held at the head office of VINACONEX Corporation. Members of VIANATA’s Inspection Board, Managing Directors and Members’ Council as well as other key officers of VINATA, VINACOENX and TAISEI attended the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the meeting, the Members’ Council resolved the following matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– VINATA’s financial statement of the year 2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– VINATA’s business plan of the year 2014,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Deduction for welfare fund<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Profit distribution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Approval of personnel changes in Members’ Council and Inspection Board, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  + Mr. Shinichi Kobayashi will replace Mr. Hidenori Ito to be a member of VINATA Members’ Council as of April 1, 2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  + Mr. Dang Thanh Huan will replace Mr. Tran Dang Loi to be a member of Inspection Board as of Aprial 1, 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Establishment of VINATA’s branch in Cambodia within 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2013 was considered as a successful year of VNIATA. The Members’ Council highly appreciate the effort of Managing Directors and all staff for achieving even beyond the business targets, which were approved by the Members’ Council at the last meeting in March, 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
