On October 1, 2, and 6, 2025, VINATA, in collaboration with ICONIC Consulting, organized an \u201cEvaluation Skills Training<\/strong>\u201d course for employees at the Head Office and VINATA Ho Chi Minh Branch, combined with online participation. <\/p>\n\n

This training is part of the Talent Development System (TDS) \u2013 VINATA\u2019s ongoing program for employee training and capability enhancement, implemented in alignment with the Taisei Group\u2019s human development philosophy.<\/p>\n\n

The course aimed to strengthen employees\u2019 understanding of performance evaluation processes, improve management and communication skills and foster a professional, fair and transparent working environment.<\/p>\n\n

Through interactive sessions and case-based learning, participants gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience, helping them apply evaluation skills effectively in their daily work.<\/p>\n\n
